The Reserve Wind Ensemble
The Reserve Wind Ensemble is Riverworks' community band for members of our community with experience playing wind instruments of any kind. If you have a high school experience level with your instrument, even if you haven't played in years, this a great way to get back into playing, practicing and even performing.
This free-to-join community band is led by Yunique Music School director Michelle Palmer, who organized the Reserve Wind Ensemble in Fall of 2023.
The Reserve Wind Ensemble meets at the Riverworks Studio at Alden Farms (19215 Beallsville Road, Beallsville) every Wednesday night from 7:30 - 9:00pm.

The Reserve Wind Ensemble has performances scheduled around Poolesville during 2025, exhibiting their newest pieces to family, friends, and the local community, starting with a spring concert on April 6.
The Reserve Wind Ensemble received a grant from the Montgomery County Community Project Fund for more than $17,000 earlier in 2024, to help operating costs, instrument maintenance, and other equipment so our band members can best spread the joy of both playing and enjoying music within our community.
